Properties, Methods, and Events pane. In turn, if you click on a method, property, or event in the Properties, Methods, and Events pane, that class member becomes available for editing.
Classes and collections that existed in previous sessions of the Class Builder can't be edited or deleted in later Class Builder sessions. Therefore, you must manually edit or delete unwanted members that survived (or persisted) beyond a previous Class Builder session.
You can also modify classes by using drag-and-drop features to, for instance, copy a property from one class to another.
The Menu
The Class Builder Menu is standard. If you choose File | New, you have the option of adding a new class, collection, property, method, or event. File | Delete deletes the currently selected class, collection, or class member. File | Rename enables you to rename the currently selected class, collection, or class member. File | Update Project immediately updates your current Visual Basic project with the new or modified class and collection information. File | Exit closes Class Builder after making sure to save current changes not previously updated.
Edit | Cut and Edit | Copy work functions like any other Windows application. You can either cut or copy the currently selected item. Choosing Edit | Properties displays an edit dialog box for the currently selected class or class member.
The View menu at first seems insignificant. Choosing View | Toolbar toggles the display of the toolbar on (displayed) and off (not displayed). Simple enough. However, choosing View | Options opens an unimposing yet far-reaching dialog box called Class Builder Options. Figure 1.5 shows this dialog box.

The Class Builder Options dialog box has
far-reaching implications for your Visual
Basic project.
The Class Builder Options dialog box gives you two code generation options:
Include Debug Code in Initialize and Terminate events
Include Err.Raise in all generated methods
